The Process:

1. Payment is required before we begin.

2. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to upload all of your project info to your personal website that we will use to collaborate. You will also need to fill out instructions about the project with the Project Questionnaire. 

  3.  I will create 1 floor plan layout and concept board full of product ideas for the design       within 5-7 business days of receiving the project information.

  4. We will then go over your likes and dislikes of each piece on the mood board and I will then send alternative options if necessary (up to 3 new options per item- any options over 3 are subject to additional fees).

  5. Once you love all the items and are happy with the final room layout, I will create the completed package with a 3D Render- which includes the shopping list and set-up instructions. Usually within 5-6 days.

  6.  I  have trade accounts with a lot of various manufacturers and can order almost anything. I would be happy to do so and offer a discount off of the retail pricing.
